How we work
When the client contacts us for a translation, we immediately analyze the project and make a quote based on the language combination, the format and number of repetitions. We establish a deadline and wait for confirmation of acceptance. Upon the client’s acceptance of our terms and conditions, we find the most appropriate translator for the project among those in our team.
The translator studies the terminology and the content of the text before starting the project. For technical texts, we use translation memory computer assisted programmes known as TM. These tools help us translate more quickly and guarantee consistency of the specific terms of each company.
During the translation process, we support our translators by clarifying any doubts they may have, acting as an intermediary between them and our clients.
Finally, before sending the document to the client, we perform a quality control check, ensuring that both the content and the format are perfect.
